Just a quick email to thank you and Jonathan for great service in getting our group to Brooklyn and home again yesterday. The bus arrived on time ( which doesn’t often happen for us with other companies we have used in the past). We arrived back late from our transfer but Jonathan was very accommodation.

We will certainly look at using your charter services again in the future and I often have groups who, are planning to visit Featherdale, enquire about suitable coach charters so I’d be happy to recommend your services to them.

On behalf of Annette Boyte and myself (NOVA conference organisers ) I would sincerely like to thank you very much for all your helpful assistance over the past few months in organising our transfers of staff to and from the Sydney Airport to Bondi and to the Opera House.

I wanted to say how much the bus drivers added to the enchantment of the evening. I was walking up to Gate 14, in the rain, and saw the buses there about 5pm, wow I was so happy, the bus drivers could not have been more naturally pleasant and helpful, they were so professional and wonderful, you have fantastic staffs and you need to know that because they went beyond the call of duty looking out for passengers, standing in rain. The buses themselves were magnificent and comfy, I will try and use your company should the need or whenever the need will arise and also recommend you to other people when we talk of the evening. Thank you for helping to make the night so pleasant and “ferrying” our guests down to Maroubra. It was perfect.

Please let the management know how fantastic your staff were, on and off the buses and how wonderful the buses themselves were and service we received from the first phone call to alighting at the function was truly professional. Thank you for your help with organising the tours for us. We were very pleased with both drivers so thank you once again.

I personally rode with Paul on 2 of the tours yesterday and found him to be amazing. He went so friendly and went out of his way to be helpful, so I want to pass along that feedback.
